Rule 1

We check every item for defects before posting. However, in the event that you still receive a defective item [There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect], please email us with a photo of the defect. We'll arrange for a new piece to be sent to you.If your item is out of stock, we'll issue a credit note for future purchases. We regret to inform you that we do not do refunds. All exchanges have to be done within 10days from the invoice date. All postage of exchanges due to defects will be borne by us.

Rule 2
We do not do exchange in sizes as the measurements are clearly provided on our site.Strictly no cash refunds will be done. You are advised to handwash all apparels without soaking.

Rule 3
After receiving an invoice, payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your purchase.Aldabella Diva Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions.

Rule 4
FLAT MALAYSIA REGISTERED POSTAGE of  RM 3 / POSLAJU of RM6 throughout Malaysia for an unlimited number of orders you purchased ! Normal Postage will be free ! (We strongly advised you to take up Malaysia Registered Postage /  Poslaju postage to avoid missing of items and Aldabella Diva will not be responsible for it).
